בִּפְרֹ֤חַ רְשָׁעִ֨ים ׀ כְּמ֥וֹ עֵ֗שֶׂב וַ֭יָּצִיצוּ כָּל־פֹּ֣עֲלֵי אָ֑וֶן לְהִשָּֽׁמְדָ֥ם עֲדֵי־עַֽד׃
Kapag ang masasama ay sumisibol na gaya ng damo, at namumukadkad ang lahat ng gumagawa ng kasamaan, iyon ay upang sila ay malipol magpakailanman.
Rashi
When the wicked flourish like grass they do not know that their flourishing is only to destroy them to eternity, for He recompenses His enemies to their face to destroy them.
